Marty SkRZynkski - Director of Business Development

Marty has 29 years experience in the health care finance arena, working in state government, trade association and hospital settings. He comes to Parastar from the Zieger Health Care Corporation (ZHCC), where he served for 17 years as its Corporate Director of Management Support and Contracts.

Marty’s background includes financial modeling and forecasting, cost accounting, pricing, contracting, government reimbursement programs and legislative affairs.

Prior to ZHCC, Marty worked for Trinity Health in Detroit, the Michigan Hospital Association and the Michigan Medicaid program.

Marty is a former Bronze Merit Award winner, a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), and an active member of its Eastern Michigan chapter.

Marty holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics and a Master of Public Policy, both from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor).

Married for 25 years, Marty and his wife Elaine have a son, Michael, and twin daughters, Cari and Noelle. Michael attends Salem High School in Canton, Michigan and the girls are students at the U. of M., which is also Elaine’s alma mater.
