Steven Kleinlein has extensive experience in Call Center Operations and Management.  For over 25 years Steven has assisted in the setup and ongoing management training for many fortune 500 companies worldwide.  Additionally, Steven is certified in many aspects of telecommunications technologies in relation to the call center including Automatic Call Distribution and Call Center Management Systems that provide real-time and historical statistical information. 

The Combination of Technology and hands-on experience within the call center provides the necessary experience to assist any call center in establishing the guidelines to efficiently improve customer service.
