- Parastar Inc. was established
in 1988, and is a corporate division of the Botsford Health
Care Continuum.
- Parastar evolved as a means to provide
EMS, Fire Departments and Healthcare systems nationwide with
options to manage all logistical solutions within their delivery systems.
- Since its conception, Parastar’s
primary goal has been to assist EMS, Fire Departments and Healthcare
systems with system design while implementing cost-effective, quality-driven
transportation systems to meet their unique needs.
- The company was founded on a complete commitment to continuous quality improvement, and strives to maintain a competitive edge through continuing education.

Parastar works with the Oakwood Healthcare Center to form HealthLink Medical Transportation Service. |

Parastar begins outsource A/R billing for fire service EMS beginning with Redford Fire Department and Farmington Hills Fire Department who are still clients today. |
2003 |
Parastar works with Community EMS to develop CEMTECH, a full service fleet maintenance center. |

Parastar begins using Zoll Data Systems. Which allows seamless data collection which allows flawless EMS run reports and expedient EMS and Fire billing claim processing. |

Parastar Develops an ASP I. T. model for National EMS providers. |

Parastar implements a robust server located in Dearborn, MI for outsource I. T. management providing 21st century security and allowing secure national access to client information. |

Parastar opens Parastar Multimedia Productions providing web design, video production and graphic design work for healthcare and fire industries. |

Parastar begins billing services for Scott & White ambulance, Texas |
