Ken Slinker has extensive experience in multiple areas in the EMS operations and Billing arena. Throughout his 26 years in EMS, Ken has amassed experience in daily operations including business unit operations, SSP development, strategic deployment architecture, demand analysis and disaster response planning and deployment.
In the area of billing, Ken has extensive experience in the front end processing of EMS claims ensuring processes yield clean claims for processing by the billing staff. These processes are key to corporate compliance and revenue streams.
Additionally, he has a vast knowledge of and experience in the area of disaster response, preparation and management and has trained personnel locally and across the globe.
